Abstract

The packer comprises an upper central pipe and a lower central pipe which are connected up and down, an upper outer pipe is sleeved outside the upper central pipe, and at least one rubber sleeve is sleeved outside the upper outer pipe; the lower end of the upper outer pipe is sleeved on a cava outside the lower central pipe, the cava is propped against a cone arranged at the lower end of the cava through mutually matched conical surfaces, and the lower end of the cone is connected with an elastic centralizer body outside the lower central pipe through a blocking sleeve; the upper central pipe is connected with an upper connector above the upper central pipe through a thread, the upper outer pipe is fixed on an upper connecter through a shear pin at the upper end of the upper outer pipe and downwards clamps a rubber sleeve through a clamping platform formed on the upper outer tube, and the lower end of the lower central pipe is connected with a lower connector; and an unblocking locking block is arranged between the inner side of the lower part of the upper outer pipe and the upper central pipe.
