The annular hydraulic cylinder further comprises an output shaft (11), wherein one end of the output shaft is connected with the upper end cover (3), and the other end of the output shaft sequentially penetrates through the annular piston rod (5) and the lower end cover (19) to stretch out of the lower end cover.
