A head coil comprises an upper half portion and a lower half portion, wherein the upper half portion and the lower half portion are locked and unlocked through an opening and closing mechanism. The opening and closing mechanism comprises a positioning portion located at the upper half portion, a first elastic member located at the lower half portion, a second elastic member located at the lower half portion, a position clamping member connected with one end of the second elastic member, a driving support which is located at the lower half portion and is for applying force to the position clamping member, and a drive switch which is located outside the lower half portion and is connected with the driving support, wherein the position of the positioning portion is opposite to that of the first elastic member; the second elastic member and the position clamping member are arranged at one side of the first elastic member; the arrangement directions of the first elastic member and the second elastic member are mutually vertical; the positioning portion is provided with a clamping groove; the clamping groove is cooperated with the position clamping member; and when the drive switch is started, the driving support applies force to the position clamping member in the direction of the drive switch so as to enable the position clamping member to be dropped out of the clamping groove.
