According to the technical scheme, real-time states of all monitoring sensors and difference conditions between a single-source data result and a multi-source data fusing result are taken into consideration, changes of precision of radar are effectively tracked in combination with a fused algorithm of the static weight and the dynamic weight, and the real-time performance is guaranteed.
