Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and an application for a metal ion neutral-meson morpholine molecularly imprinted polymer. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding morpholine, 4-vinyl pyridine, metal cobalt (II) ions, dimethyl sulfoxide and acetonitrile in a container, ultrasonically preparing prepolymerization solution, standing, then adding EDMA (ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) and AIBN (2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile), charging argon, uniformly mixing, sealing, and reacting for 24 hours in a 60 DEG C water bath; and (2) after polymerization is finished, grinding, sieving, settling by using methyl alcohol and acetone, then eluting template molecule morpholine by using a solvent, and drying in vacuum. The morpholine molecularly imprinted polymer obtained by the method disclosed by the invention has high selective absorption capacity to the morpholine molecules, can be used for solid-phase extraction of morpholine, and is applicable to the needs of some special occasions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a metal ion-mediated mesomorpholine molecularly imprinted polymer. Background technique [0002] Molecular imprinting technology is a new technology to artificially prepare molecularly imprinted polymers with highly selective recognition properties for target compounds. Generally speaking, first, the template molecule and the functional monomer form a functional monomer-template molecule complex through covalent or non-covalent interaction, also known as the host-guest complex (Host-guest complex); then add a cross-linking agent, through The initiator triggers the polymerization reaction to form a highly cross-linked polymer, and the template molecules in the polymer are removed by solvent elution, thereby leaving the template molecules in the molecularly imprinted polymer matrix in terms of size, shape and functional groups. Matching imprinted holes, namely imprinted sites, these adsorp...
