Abstract

The invention relates to a fatigue testing device of a honeycomb panel and a testing method and belongs to the technical filed of performance testing of materials. The fatigue testing device of the honeycomb panel is characterized in that an air pressure operated nut locking trapezoid cross-section clamping fixture is mounted on a lower base of a fatigue testing machine through a vertical testing bracket; a test sample to be clamped is vertically clamped by the air pressure operated nut locking trapezoid cross-section clamping fixture; an eccentric wheel vibrator is arranged at the bottom end of the test sample to be clamped; the eccentric wheel vibrator is sequentially connected with an eccentric wheel and an external frequency converter; on/off operation of the external frequency converter is controlled by a motor; the lower part of the test sample to be clamped is respectively connected with a capacity strain gage and an electric eddy current precision displacement sensor.
