The method for managing the application configuration parameters includes the steps that a concentrated configuration server obtains configuration parameter names and configuration parameter values needed by all applications input by a user in a current environment; the concentrated configuration server allocates the only corresponding key word for each configuration parameter value of each application, wherein the key word is further matched with the configuration parameter name of each application; a request of a concentrated configuration client for obtaining a configuration parameter list is responded, and the corresponding relation of the key words and the configuration parameter names needed by the applications integrated at the concentrated configuration client is fed back to the concentrated configuration client; the concentrated configuration server stores the key words and the configuration parameter values correspondingly, so that when a key word sent by the concentrated configuration client is received, the only corresponding configuration parameter value can be provided for the concentrated configuration client.
