When the grilled lamp and the two sedimentation blowing lamps meet the condition that (c-b) is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to (b-a), a, b and c are the heights of a sedimentation point of the first sedimentation blowing lamp, a sedimentation point of the second sedimentation blowing lamp having a distance away from the bottom end of the loosened body of the optical fiber precast rod.
