The ontology example matching system based on the user customization comprises a component module and a configuration module, wherein the component module comprises a plurality of atomic components; and the configuration module is used for receiving customization information input by a user, generating a matching task customization file according to the customization information and selecting the atomic component required by the user from the component module according to the matching task customization file to execute an ontology example matching task, wherein the matching task customization file comprises the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) positions, the matching parameters and the matching flows of the ontologies O1 and O2 to be matched. According to the characteristics of the matched ontology, the user can customize and assemble the atomic component to design an ontology example matching flow required by self so as to generate the proper matching task and obtain a precise matching result.
