Benefits of technology

This technology helps improve how much material can be used by reducing harm or contaminating it for future use without causing negative impacts on our healthy ecosystem.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discusses different ways how wasted or discarded resources like iron oxides (Fox) could be recycled through various processes such as burning them down or combating it during manufacturing process stages. However, there may exist technical problem related to finding efficient methods for treating these spent sources without causing negative impact on their owners health and environments.

Abstract

The invention discloses low-consumption high-strength glass ceramic which is characterized by comprising, by weight, 21-82 parts of sericite, 4-16 parts of acetylacetone cerium, 5-28 parts of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether metacrylic acid ester, 10.5-32.5 parts of manganese dioxide, 13-37.9 parts of hydrophobic modified nanoscale silicon oxide, 1-8 parts of polyacrylate, 11-30 parts of pyrophyllite, 5-21 parts of hydroxyapatite, 1-20 parts of polycarbosilane and 17-54 parts of spinel. By means of the low-consumption high-strength glass ceramic, the utilization rate of solid waste is improved, environment pollution caused by the solid waste is lowered, resource consumption is reduced, and the strength of the glass ceramic is improved; the environment pollution problem is solved, waste is turned to wealth, and environment protection benefits and economic benefits are both achieved.
