The electric heating device is further provided with a temperature controller and an extremely-cold mode starting switch, the temperature controller is used for sensing the temperature of the front window glass, the temperature controller and the extremely-cold mode starting switch are connected with the buses of the heating areas through a series-parallel connection conversion control circuit, and accordingly series-parallel connection state conversion of the electric heating wires of the heating areas is achieved.
