Abstract

Disclosed is an integrated automatic system of cooling and fire-fighting for a wind generating set. A circulating cooling loop is composed of a compressor, a condenser, a dry filter, a first check valve, a high-pressure storage tank, a throttling valve, cooling loop gate valves and evaporators. The evaporators are arranged on a gear box, a motor and a converter. A fire-fighting pipeline is connected with the high-pressure storage tank and fire-fighting gate valves. The high-pressure storage tank and the fire-fighting gate valves are led to the gear box, the motor and the converter respectively. A second check valve and a reagent supply branch gate valve are arranged at an inlet of the compressor. Each of the gear box, the motor and the converter is provided with a temperature sensor and a fire detector which send signals to a controller. The controller outputs the signals to control operation of the compressor and drive the cooling loop gate valve, the fire-fighting gate valve and a fire alarm to open. The integrated automatic system of cooling and fire-fighting has the advantages that the cooling and the fire-fighting are integrated, and the cooling agent and the extinguishant are same, complementing each other, thus performance and reliability of the whole system are improved.
