Abstract

The retainer is of a cylindrical structure and comprises multiple locking pin opening units, wherein the locking pin opening units are uniformly arrayed along the circumference of the retainer; each locking pin opening unit comprises two bar-shaped locking pin openings which are of the same shape and size and are in parallel with the axis of the retainer; the two locking pin openings are separated by a bar-shaped window beam which is arranged in the middle of the retainer and extends along the circumferential direction; each locking pin is formed between two adjacent bar-shaped window bars; trapezoid bosses are arranged at two ends of each window bar; clamping openings for clamping rolling pins are formed between bosses of the two adjacent window bars and are distributed along the circumference of the cylindrical retainer. The invention further provides a blanking die for manufacturing the trapezoid self-locking pin bearing retainer.
