An embodiment of the invention discloses a crowdsourcing project management control system and method based on an SaaS mode. The control system comprises a user access layer, an application service layer, an application open interface layer, a platform foundation service layer, and a data support layer. The application service layer is located on the next layer of the user access layer and used for disintegrating tasks in the crowdsourcing project management control system so as to allow a user to execute the disintegrated tasks after entering the crowdsourcing project management control system through the user access layer, and the application service layer writes the task executing performance of the user into a user performance record to generate project data containing project statistic data and statement and outputs the project data to the data support layer for storage and processing. By the system, the online automatic managing problems of crowdsourcing projects are solved, manpower cost and complexity of crowdsourcing project management are lowered, and quality control level of the crowdsourcing project management is increased.
