Abstract

The automatic counting device of the standard work-pieces of the air conditioner comprises a weighing sensor, an analogue-digital converting circuit, a processor and a display unit, wherein the weighing sensor is used for weighing a total weight of a turnover container in which the standard work-pieces are contained and outputting a weight signal to the analogue-digital converting circuit; the analogue-digital converting circuit converts the weight signal into a weight value and outputs the weight value to the processor; the processor calculates based on the weight value, the weight of the overturn container and the unit weight of each standard work-piece to obtain a number of the standard work-pieces in the overturn container; the display unit connected with the processor is used for displaying the number of the work-pieces calculated by the processor.
