Abstract

The present invention provides a terminal switching method, a base station and a terminal switching system. The method includes: when receiving a witching request sent by an original base station which belongs to a terminal simultaneously attached to a cluster core network and an LTE core network, a target base station returns a switching request confirmation to the original base station, and the original base station sends a connection reconfiguration message to the terminal according to the switching request confirmation; after receiving a connection reconfiguration completion message sent by the terminal, the target base station acquires type of service of the terminal; when the terminal has both ordinary services and cluster services, the target base station sends the path switching request to the cluster core network and the LTE core network, respectively; after receiving a path switching confirmation returned by the cluster core network and the LTE core network, the target base station sends an UE context release message to the original base station; and the target base station receives an UE context release completion message returned by the original base station after releasing the UE context. The present invention can perform the switching process when the terminal has both ordinary services and cluster services.
