Abstract

The electrical system comprises a target rotary table, an upper computer, a PLC, a frequency converter, an adjustable-speed motor, a rotating speed and frequency measuring device and a sample locating and clamping mechanism. The PLC is connected with the upper computer, the frequency converter and the sample locating and clamping mechanism. The frequency converter, the adjustable-speed motor and the target rotary table are sequentially connected. The proximity switch is connected with the target rotary table. The rotating speed and frequency measuring device is connected with the proximity switch. The proximity switch is fixed to the target rotary table. After receiving commands from the upper computer, the PLC converts the commands into corresponding time sequence signals to control the frequency converter, so that speed adjustment of the adjustable-speed motor is achieved. The adjustable-speed motor drives the target rotary table to rotate, so that the proximity switch continuously moves and makes responses, and the response frequency of output signals is measured through the rotating speed and frequency measuring device.
