The invention discloses a method and device for information interaction between micro-grids and a large grid. The method comprises the steps that micro-grid attribute information transmitted by all micro-grid energy management systems is received, wherein the micro-grid attribute information comprises active and reactive power input requirements of micro-grid objects, active and reactive power issuing capability and issuing price of the micro-grid objects and input power quality requirements and power quality output conditions of the micro-grid objects; pre-stored grid positions of all the micro-grids, structural parameters of the large grid itself, grid operation security constraints and regional policy constraints are acquired; a large grid model with the optimal benefits of the large grid serving as the target is established by utilizing the micro-grid attribute information and the obtained data; the large grid model is solved, conventional selling electricity price, the micro-grid objects selected by conventional electricity purchase of the large grid and the purchase amount of all the micro-grid objects obtained through solution are transmitted to the corresponding micro-grid energy management systems. According to the method and device, the micro-grids are brought into an electricity trading system of the grid, and therefore the efficiency of energy utilization is improved.
