The pressure switch has the switch-on pressure and the switch-off pressure, wherein the pressure switch is switched on at the switch-on pressure and is switched off at the switch-off pressure. The target pressure inside the inner container is smaller than the switch-on pressure. When the pressure inside the inner container reaches the switch-off pressure, the control unit receives a switch-off signal of the pressure switch and controls the heating device to stop heating. When the pressure inside the inner container is decreased to the switch-on pressure, the control unit receives a switch-on signal of the pressure switch and controls the timer to start timing. After the timer conducts timing for a time T1, the control unit controls the heating device to start heating again, wherein T1 is larger than 0.
