Embodiment Construction

[0084] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0085] figure 1 , 2 This is the location map of the cameras. In the expressway section in the figure, the cameras are set up at intervals (the intervals can be the same or different). In order to improve the accuracy of obtaining the vehicle queuing length, the distance between adjacent cameras should not be too long.

[0086] image 3 It is a schematic flow chart of the present invention. After the system starts running, the camera shoots at the road section, and uses image processing and fuzzy control methods to detect traffic incidents and queuing phenomena for the obtained video, and calculates the future N(N =1, 2, 3, 4, ...) ΔT vehicle queuing length and the fleet queuing state release time and event complete recovery time in the entire event process, and submit an alarm signal early for difficult to remove events.

Abstract

The invention discloses a distributed video based highway traffic incident influence range dynamic monitoring method. The method comprises steps as follows: a plurality of high definition cameras are arranged on a traffic section of a highway at intervals; information of highway vehicle traffic state video images shot by the cameras are preprocessed with a video recognition method, and video characteristics are extracted; a fuzzy controller is established and used for detecting the traffic flow state; whether a traffic incident happens is judged; the queueing state is detected; a dynamic vehicle queueing length prediction model is established, and the vehicle queueing length is calculated through the model; the real-time queueing state is detected by the cameras finding the queueing event; and when the queueing phenomenon disappears, the traffic incident influence range is dynamically predicted by the dynamic vehicle queueing length prediction model. According to the method, the influence range and the queueing scattering time of the event can be determined by means of the estimated vehicle queueing length, and dispatch and decision bases are provided for highway traffic management staff.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of intelligent traffic systems, and specifically proposes a method for dynamically monitoring the influence range of expressway traffic events based on distributed video. Background technique [0002] Due to the occurrence of expressway traffic accidents and the current limiting effect of toll stations under high saturation conditions, traffic flow accumulates on a large scale at the event location, resulting in the inevitable occurrence of vehicle queuing behavior, and effective vehicle identification and processing are obtained through the identification and processing of multiple video information. The queuing wave speed and the establishment of the dynamic relationship between the length of the vehicle queuing and the time of the road section are the prerequisites for evaluating the severity of the event and predicting and analyzing the scope of influence.
