The method comprises the following steps: firstly, finishing compiling of a combined command in a combined command editing environment, examining the form of the combined command which is compiled by a user by a system after the compiling of the combined command is ended; storing the combined command after approval of examination, generating a combined command module, and adding the combined command module to a figure programming platform. The user can finish development of ePLC control program according to the combined command which can be generated through dragging in the figure programming platform. The combined command needs to be independently processed when being compiled; a final executable file is finally generated together with a part of other programs; the user can conveniently encapsulate common functions according to the application requirements through customized combined command; the design of a specific function can be finished by only dragging the combined command when the method disclosed by the invention is in use; therefore, the design efficiency of the program is greatly improved; meanwhile, the readability and the maintainability of the program are also improved.
