Embodiment Construction

[0025] The detailed description, technical details and specific operation process of the present invention are described in detail as follows in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0026] Such as figure 1 As shown, an experimental device for simulating the formation process of mud cake includes a simulated wellbore 1 and an invasion chamber 4 . The simulated wellbore 1 bears a pressure of 5MPa and is made of stainless steel pipes with a diameter of 260mm and a thickness of 12mm. The simulated wellbore 1 is respectively connected to a feeding bin 101 and a mud booster pump 102, and the mud booster pump 102 is a corrosion-resistant stainless steel plunger pump with a pressure of 10 MPa. A stirring shaft 103 is installed at the well axis of the simulated well shaft 1 , and the stirring shaft 103 is in transmission connection with the stirring motors 104 at both ends of the simulated well shaft 1 , and an impeller 105 is arranged on the stirring shaft 103 . The stirrin...

Abstract

The invention discloses an experimental facility for simulating the forming process of a mud cake. The experimental facility comprises a simulation shaft and invasion chambers; the simulation shaft is connected with a feeding bin and a pressurizing pump; a stirring shaft is arranged at the hole axis position of the simulation shaft; and the stirring shaft is in transmission connection with a stirring motor. Impellers are arranged on the stirring shaft, and windows are formed in the simulation shaft; stratum modules are arranged in the invasion chambers; the invasion chambers are connected to the windows of the simulation shaft in a sealing manner; and leak-off flow measuring devices are arranged at the outlet ends of the invasion chambers. According to the experimental facility, mud filtration experiments of different mud types, different mud pressures and different hydrodynamic conditions are achieved, and the favorable condition is created for researching the forming rule of the mud cake and evaluating the leak-off performance and the wall building property of mud, and the experimental facility is of great significance in optimizing the mud property and protecting reservoir production capacity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of petroleum exploration and development, and belongs to the technical category of reservoir rock physics experiments, in particular to an experimental platform for simulating the formation process of drilling mud cakes. Background technique [0002] During overbalanced drilling, mud cake will be formed on the well wall to delay the invasion of the mud filtrate into the formation and prevent the hole wall from collapsing. Therefore, the formation law of drilling mud cake is an important research content of drilling engineering. [0003] At present, the existing mud cake formation process simulation devices at home and abroad mainly include: simulated well-scale mud invasion simulation device; core-scale mud invasion simulation device; drilling fluid dynamic and static fluid loss instruments. [0004] The advantages of the simulated well-scale mud invasion simulation device: the wellbore hydrodynamic environment and mu...
