Abstract

The invention provides a cylindricity detection device for a helical twisted tape joint. The cylindricity detection device comprises a base, wherein a workpiece bracket is fixed on the base, a V-shaped groove is formed in the upper surface of the workpiece bracket in the length direction, a to-be-detected workpiece is placed in the V-shaped groove, and the workpiece is clamped and placed on the workpiece bracket under gravity for detection. A header of a dial indicator is contacted with the workpiece through adjustment of the height of a horizontal support rod, the workpiece is rotated slowly to enable the workpiece to rotate in the V-shaped groove, and the cylindricity of the workpiece in one perimeter can be judged through reading on the dial indicator. Then a support plate is moved, so that the support plate can move in a chute and get close to or far from the workpiece, the contact position of the workpiece and the header is changed, then the workpiece is rotated, and the cylindricity in next perimeter is detected. The cylindricity of the helical twisted tape joint is detected by adopting a simple structure, the detection data are accurate, and a product meets processing and using requirements.
