The device comprises a shale simulation device and a shaft simulation device, wherein the shaft simulation device is arranged in the shale simulation device; the shale simulation device is hermetically connected with a contact position at the upper end of the shaft simulation device; a water inlet is formed in the upper end of the shaft simulation device; a drain outlet is formed in the side wall at the upper end of the shaft simulation device; a pressure sensor is further arranged on the side wall of the shale simulation device. The device provided by the invention can realize a simulation experiment for the influence of the hydrofracture on the aquifer permeability coefficient to acquire pressure changes of a simulation reservoir and an overlying aquifer in a hydrofracture process in real time and calculate and acquire different lithologic permeability coefficient changes under the condition of variable pressures.
