monitoring system and a control method. The
system comprises a UAV, wherein a central control module, a traffic light module, cameras, a
loudspeaker, a
wireless communication module, a storage and a
power supply unit are arranged on the UAV; the traffic light module, the cameras, the
loudspeaker, the
wireless communication module, the storage and the
power supply unit are connected with the central control module; the
power supply unit is used for supplying power to electronic elements in the
system; the UAV is provided with four rotor arms, the four rotor arms constitute a cross shape, the traffic light module is suspended below the rotor arms, and each camera is arranged on the corresponding rotor arm. According to the
system and the method, the UAV is taken as a carrier, height of traffic lights and the
monitoring system can be adjusted flexibly and conveniently, and by rising the UAV, monitoring dead angles can be avoided and the condition that a vehicle driver cannot see the traffic lights due to blockage of a large vehicle can also be prevented. Besides, flow of vehicles which are to pass can be pre-judged, working time of the traffic lights in different states is calculated on the basis of the pre-judgment, the real-time calculation is realized, precision is high, and commanding effect is good.
