The invention relates to an out-of-reason section-burying seedling cultivation method for dendrocalamus brandisii. The method comprises the following steps: 1, in July and August, taking down sections of dendrocalamus brandisii one by one, cutting two ends of each section into a horse ear shape, and reserving a main branch and 2-3 rough main branches of a dendrocalamus brandisii branch stem; 2, reserving 4-5 sections of a dendrocalamus brandisii main branch; 3, preparing a 800ppm solution of ABT rooting powder by use of water; 4, pasting mud pies containing rooting powder on the branch stem of each dendrocalamus brandisii section, injecting water into a dendrocalamus brandisii cavity at the upper par of the dendrocalamus brandisii section, and sealing with mud; 5, burying the sections; 6, covering with soil until all the dendrocalamus brandisii sections are not exposed to the ground; 7, constructing a small mulching film shed and a shading net; and 8, after the sections are buried, spraying a 800ppm ABT rooting powder solution onto the branch stem of each main branch once every other month until December.
