Abstract

The production method for the alpha-linolenic acid food additive comprises the following steps: (1) mixing flaxseeds with flax pollen enzyme, fermenting for 68-74 hours, standing and fermenting for 7-9 days to obtain fermented materials, wherein the flax pollen is naturally brewed into flax pollen grain through bees, and 92-95 parts by mass of the flax pollen are mixed and fermented with 5-8 parts by mass of flax pollen grain to obtain the sesame pollen enzyme; (2) steaming the fermented materials for 18-22 minutes at a low temperature; (3) adding water into the steamed materials to pulp and filter, then, filling into an extracting kettle to extract, spraying and drying to obtain a finished product.
