Abstract

The feeding mechanism is characterized by comprising a base plate and a controller, wherein the base plate is provided with a lower positioning block and an upper positioning block; edges of the lower and upper positioning blocks are connected with guide rods; a vertical hole is formed in the center of the upper positioning block; a valve plate mounting rod is arranged on the upper side of the upper positioning block; the lower end of the valve plate mounting rod extends into the vertical hole of the upper positioning block. Adjacent faces of the upper and lower positioning blocks are both provided with long grooves which correspond to each other and extend to the edges; a valve plate push plate is arranged in each long groove. A longitudinal shallow groove, which extends to one end of the valve plate push plate and is matched with the valve plate, is formed at a position, corresponding to the vertical hole, of the upper surface of the valve plate push plate. A cylinder is arranged on the lower side of the base plate; the rack at the outer ends of a piston rod of the cylinder and the valve plate push plates is provided with a vertical plate; the outer ends of the piston rod and the valve plate are both connected with the vertical plate. The controller is connected with the cylinder. By using the feeding mechanism, less labor is used, the production cost is low, the production efficiency is high, and the metering is accurate.
