Abstract

The invention discloses a repair method for spraying high-glossiness poor-appearance products. The method comprises the following steps: (1) roughly polishing the poor-appearance products with surface defects by using a first point polishing machine, attaching water-wetted abrasive paper to a runner of the first point polishing machine, and driving the runner to perform inertial motion along a predetermined route at the rotating speed being greater than or equal to 2,000r/min and the force being 0.5-1.0kgf till the defects are removed; (2) finely polishing by using an electric grinding machine, uniformly coating a cloth wheel on one side of the electric grinding machine with yellow wax, and after qualified polishing, cleaning yellow wax marks on the surfaces of the products by using a cloth wheel which is not coated with the yellow wax on the other side, wherein the rotating speed is greater than or equal to 3,000r/min; (3) repairing: coating the positions polished in the step (2) with water wax, repairing by using a second point polishing machine, sticking a wool ball to the runner of the second point polishing machine, and repairing by performing inertial motion along a predetermined route at the rotating speed being between 1,500r/min and 2,000r/min and the force being less than or equal to 1.0kgf till the products have uniform glossiness.
