The preparation method mainly comprises two steps, step 1, complex fermentation of eight bacteria agents for improving fermentation efficiency, wherein the first four bacteria agents are thermophilic functional bacteria and can improve temperature peak and prolong duration of high temperature of compost through synergistic effect, and absence of any one of the first four bacteria agents may cause reduction of the duration of high temperature; the latter four bacteria agents are mesophilic functional bacteria, and can accelerate temperature rise on the basis of sufficiently degrading organics so as to enable the compost to be in high temperature phase in advance; step 2, mixing of bacillus thuringiensis ABTNL-4 for improving insect resisting effect of the compost.
