The framework comprises transverse beams (4), side beams (3), air-spring mounting bases (1), longitudinal beams (5) and air-spring supporting beams (2) arranged on the outer sides of the side beams (3), wherein the air-spring mounting bases (1) are arranged on the air-spring supporting beams (2); the transverse beams (4) are steel tubes of transverse beams; each air-spring supporting beam (2) is provided with an inner cavity communicated with an inner channel of the corresponding transverse beam (4); and an additional air chamber of an air spring is formed of the inner cavity of each air-spring supporting beam (2) and the inner channel of the corresponding transverse beam (4). According to the invention, the number of parts of the steering frame is decreased, and the mounting spaces of air springs are enlarged, so that air springs with large spans can be used, and the damping effect is improved; because the additional air chamber is formed of the inner cavity of each air-spring supporting beam and the inner channel of the corresponding transverse beam, the volumes of the air chambers are increased, the stiffness of the air springs is effectively reduced, the damping of the air springs is improved, and the damping effect is further improved.
