The infusion monitoring device comprises an infrared induction module, a dripping speed regulating module and a control module, wherein the infrared induction module is used for detecting every dropping liquid flowing past a dropper and generating pulse signals, the dripping speed regulating module comprises a motor and a pushing block, the pushing block is connected with an output shaft of the motor through a lead screw nut mechanism, the front end of the pushing block is in a wedge shape and is arranged opposite to an infusion tube; the control module obtains the current dripping speed according to the pulse signals and controls the motor to rotate positively or reversely or stop according to the current dripping speed, the control module is configured that when the current speed is larger than a preset value, the pushing block moves towards the infusion tube, the infusion tube is squeezed in the radial direction to enabled the diameter of the infusion tube to become smaller, and the current speed is lowered; when the current speed is smaller than the preset value, the pushing block moves towards the direction far away from the infusion tube to enable the diameter of the infusion tube to become larger, and the current dripping speed is increased; when the current speed is zero, the motor stops running.
