The system comprises a data input module, a data storing module, an analysis determination module, a display output module, a signal conversion module and multiple vibration sensors. The data storing module is provided with a winding loose defect database; the multiple vibration sensors are arranged in different positions of the outer surface of a transformer and are used for acquiring and transmitting vibration signals of the positions to the signal conversion module; the signal conversion module receives the vibration signals and converts the signals into feature signals before transmitting to the analysis determination module; the data input module inputs the monitored transformer performance parameters to the analysis determination module; the analysis determination module extracts the matched loose threshold from the winding loose defect database according to the transformer performance parameters, compares with the feature signals and judges whether the transformer winding loose exists or not.
