Input water body pressure of the bypass type laminar flow experiment voltage stabilizer is large in fluctuation under influences of a water pump. For eliminating a pressure fluctuation phenomenon of a laminar flow experiment when flow rate is small, bypass pipes are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the valve. The laminar flow experiment is performed when the valve is completely closed, and simultaneously a fluctuation water current in front of the valve only can flow through the bypass pipes to the rear of the valve. The thickness and the length of the bypass pipes can right control excess flow in a flow range needed by laminar flow. Then, secondary voltage stabilization is performed on the fluctuation water current through the bypass type laminar flow experiment voltage stabilizer, and when the fluctuation water current flows to an output end of the bypass type laminar flow experiment voltage stabilizer, voltage stabilization accuracy of the fluctuation water current is controlled within + / - 0.5mm, and therefore voltage stabilization water supply demands of the laminar flow experiment are met under direct supply conditions of the water pump.
