The method includes: dividing an original audio carrier signal into multiple audio subframes at fixed length; respectively calculating norm barycentric coordinates of each audio subframe; selecting audio sampling points of each audio subframe in a certain area by taking the norm barycentric coordinates of the corresponding audio subframe as a center; performing discrete cosine transform on the audio sampling points of each audio subframe, and adaptively and quantitatively embedding watermark information in medium-low-frequency coefficient being subjected to discrete cosine transform; performing inverse transform on discrete cosine transform coefficient after being subjected to adaptive and quantitative embedding of the watermark information to generate audio signals containing the watermark information.
