A DNS intelligent resolution method based on an outlet network comprises the steps of adding customized configuration resolution information into a DNS service configuration; adding an intelligent resolution module into a DNS analysis program; and when data which are requested by a user DNS arrive a server, performing resolution on the user according to the customized configuration information, acquiring a corresponding service provider IP address, and returning the service provider IP address to a user. According to the DNS intelligent resolution method, only modification of a domain name DNS server to related server configuration is required, and no other hardware equipment is required. According to the DNS intelligent resolution method, an optimal DNS resolution result can be intelligent selected for the user, particularly in a multipath environment, thereby greatly improving a network accessing speed. The DNS intelligent resolution can be freely started and stopped by the user, thereby realizing total independence, high stability, high reliability and no conflict with other configuration. According to the DNS intelligent resolution method, intelligent resolution in accessing Internet by an internal network is realized, thereby increasing the resolution speed for a domain name; and a fastest service operator IP is returned to the user, thereby increasing network accessing speed by the user.
