By means of GPS data with combination of base station positioning data, accuracy of checking-in geographic position of users, thereby solving a difficult problem of attendance management of a large amount of outworkers in many enterprises. The method achieves verification of the accuracy of people, position and time, can avoid false attendance and ensures fairness and reasonability and scientific management of personnel attendance checking system in enterprise. With combination of information management on a server, the method also allows functions of application and cancellation of leave and query of personal attendance status, thereby greatly satisfying requirements of both the enterprise and the outworkers. The method is simple in use conditions and can be carried out just by general mobile devices (such as cell phones). The checking-in operation of users is simple and convenient and is high in acceptability.
