An installing platform and a front-back main sliding plate are sequentially fixed onto the support. A front-back main adjusting screw rod, fixing blocks of front-back main adjusting screw rod and front-back main adjusting hand wheels are arranged below the front-back main sliding plate. Left and right sides of the front-back main sliding plate are provided with left and right sliding blocks. Outsides of the left and right sliding blocks are connected with fixing blocks of a left-right adjusting screw rod by means of the left-right adjusting screw rod. Lower fixing blocks and steel belt width limiting blocks are arranged on the left and right sliding blocks. Front-back adjusting screw rods and front-back adjusting fixing blocks are arranged in the steel belt width limiting blocks. Upper fixing blocks are fixed onto the lower fixing blocks. The middles of the upper fixing blocks are provided with up-down adjusting screw rods and up-down adjusting hand wheels.
