It includes three parts: mechanical structure subsystem, air bearing support subsystem and electronic control hardware subsystem. Among them, the air bearing support subsystem and the mechanical structure subsystem are connected in a constant assembly relationship to offset the gravity of the mechanical structure subsystem and the load that may be installed in the future. The electronic control hardware subsystem controls the sound installed in the mechanical structure subsystem through cables. The circle motor moves to realize vibration excitation.
