Abstract

The perforation temperature is 1100-1190 DEG C, and lubricating oil used for cold drawing is mixture including 35-45wt% of paraffin and 55-65wt% of oil. Annealing is realized by stages, temperatures are sequentially 700-800 DEG C at a first stage, 930-970 DEG C at a second stage, 1010-1050 DEG C at a third stage, 1030-1080 DEG C at a fourth stage and 1030-1080 DEG C at a fifth stage, and the fourth stage and the fifth stage are temperature keeping stages totally for 6-10 minutes.
