According to the application, transfection of a cancer cell is achieved by establishing an over-expression vector of the p50 gene, and it is indicted by results that, the mRNA of the p50 gene in the cancer cell is greatly increased after transfection; the cancer cell becomes round, the wall attaching performance of the cancer cell becomes poor, the activity of the cancer cell is reduced by 21.8%, and the cancer cell dies finally. According to the application, the gene which can effectively restrain the cancer cell is obtained through screening, and basic data are provided for discovery of novel drug targets and design of tumor drugs.
