Abstract

The invention provides a capacitor electrical core polarity detection device which comprises a polarity detection mechanism, a servo transmission mechanism and a cam oscillating bar mechanism. The polarity detection mechanism is used for detecting polarity of a capacitor; the servo transmission mechanism is used for driving and controlling the rotation of the capacitor; and the cam oscillating bar mechanism is used for driving and controlling the capacitor to be clamped. The capacitor electrical core polarity detection device realizes full automation of polarity detection of the capacitor through the arrangement of the polarity detection mechanism, the servo transmission mechanism and the cam oscillating bar mechanism. Meanwhile, the cam oscillating bar mechanism drives the polarity detection mechanism and the servo transmission mechanism, thereby not only realizing full automation of foot pressing, but also simplifying the mechanisms, and improving stability and reliability of the device.
