Abstract

The organic wastewater with high suspended solid concentration is hydrolyzed and acidified in a high-temperature hydrolysis reactor, most of the organic solids are dissolved into a liquid phase, and the suspended solid concentration influencing the follow-up membrane separation performance is remarkably reduced without changing the total solid concentration. The hydrolyzed wastewater enters the anaerobic membrane bioreactor; and under the separation effect of the membrane, the undegraded solid organic matters and anaerobes are intercepted in the reactor, and soluble matters penetrate through the membrane and are discharged out of the reactor as penetrating liquid. Under the separation effect of the membrane, the hydraulic retention time and solid retention time of the membrane bioreactor are separated, the reactor volume is remarkably reduced, and the gas productivity of unit volume is remarkably increased.
