The mattress fermented feed is grinded after air drying, to obtain a raw material with the diameter of 60 meshes. The raw material is sealed in a crucible, the crucible is put in a muffle furnace, and after calcination of 300 to 500 DEG C and cool to ambient temperature, bedding biochar inside the crucible is taken out. Advantages of the invention lie in that: materials are easy to get, costs are low, a preparation process is simple, and an effect of processing heavy metal pollutants in waste water is obvious. Further, organic wastes such as waste padding are also recycled.
