Embodiment Construction

[0036] Below to figure 1 , figure 2 The trim strip on the door frame of a car is shown as a strip workpiece 5 with a C-shaped cross-section as an example, and the specific embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

[0037] The strip workpiece cutting device of C-shaped section of the present invention, as image 3 As shown, it includes an upright mounting plate 1, a workpiece holder set on the mounting plate 1, the first hook knife and its common driving mechanism, the second hook knife and its driving mechanism, and a gap is opened on one side of the mounting plate 1 2, such as Figure 5As shown, the workpiece holder is set at the notch 2. This cutting device comprises mounting bracket 35, and on this mounting bracket 35, the fixed plate 36 that erects is fixedly installed, and mounting plate 1 is pasted on this fixed plate 36, as Figure 4 As shown, the fixed plate 36 is also provided with the same gap 2 overlapping with the gap 2 of the mounting...

Abstract

The invention provides a cutoff device for a strip-shaped workpiece with a C-shaped section. The cutoff device comprises an installation plate (1). A workpiece holder composed of an upper clamping block (3) and a lower clamping block (4) is arranged at a notch (2) of the installation plate (1) and can be opened or closed. A first oil cylinder (11) is connected with a first sliding block (10) provided with a U-shaped opening (12). When the first sliding block (10) slides towards the workpiece holder, the workpiece holder is just surrounded by the U-shaped opening (12) of the first sliding block (10) and forced to be closed, and an extending lower arm of the first sliding block drives a first bush hook (15) to rotate. A second oil cylinder (23) drives a second sliding block (24) so as to drive a second bush hook (20) above the notch (2) to rotate. The two bush hooks are used for forcefully shearing the part, with an abutting wall, of the strip-shaped workpiece (5), so that the force application directions of the bush hooks are improved, and the situation that inner cavities in corners of the bent portions on the two sides deform because of being stressed in a suspended state in the cutoff process is avoided. The cutoff device is especially suitable for bending and cutoff of mouldings of door frames and roofs of automobiles.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cutting device for a strip-shaped workpiece with a C-shaped cross section and its application to a bending mold for a strip-shaped workpiece with a C-shaped cross-section. Background technique [0002] The decorative strips on the door frame and the roof decorative strips are strips with a C-shaped cross-section. The metal strips are continuously rolled by many rolling wheels of the rolling machine to form a strip with a C-shaped cross-section with bending parts on both sides. workpiece, and cut it online; in order to make the door frame and the roof have an arc shape, the entire strip-shaped workpiece needs to be bent and formed on the bending machine, and the end part needs to be processed on the punching machine for its own installation needs. Die-cut machining forms the shape required for installation. The bending machine clamps the two ends of the strip-shaped workpiece to be bent with two clamp arms at both ends, and b...
