The shielding efficiency monitoring terminal couples an excitation voltage signal to the grounding wire through the current transformer. The measurement mutual inductor is used for receiving a corresponding response current signal, measuring the amplitude and the phase of the response current signal and further feeding the amplitude and the phase of the response current signal to the shielding efficiency monitoring terminal. The shielding efficiency monitoring terminal calculates the complex impedance of the cable shielding layer to the ground and uploads the complex impedance to the upper computer.
