Abstract

An embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for determining total yield of a multi-layer multi-section horizontal fractured producing well. The method comprises the following steps: a producing well provided with horizontal fractures is selected from an oil reservoir; pressure distribution of the producing well in single thin and poor reservoir of the oil reservoir is calculated; pressure drops, triggered in horizontal fractured equivalence areas, of four water injection wells and the producing well are superposed, so that the pressure of any point in a formation where the single thin and poor reservoir is located is calculated; the oil yield and water yield of single layer of the horizontal fractured producing well in a five-spot well pattern of each layer of the oil reservoir are calculated according to the pressure of the formation where the single thin and poor reservoir is located and in combination with pressure loss caused by start of pressure gradient and the ratio of the total water injection quantity of the four water injection wells to the oil yield of the producing well, the oil yields and the water yields of layers are superposed, and the total yield of the multi-layer multi-section horizontal fractured producing well is obtained.
