The present invention discloses a formal concept based file system directory structure organization method. The method comprises the following steps: A: reconstructing a conventional file system tree-shaped directory structure into a concept based lattice structure; B: mapping a file operation into an operation on a conceptional lattice, so as to implement a dynamic change of a directory structure; and C: implementing access to a certain file by means of a plurality of paths, so that multi-level tracebacks in the conventional tree-shaped directory structure manner are avoided. According to the method provided by the present invention, the conventional file system tree-shaped directory structure is modified into the concept based lattice structure, and then the file operation is mapped into the operation on the conceptional lattice to implement the dynamic change of the directory structure, so that the access to the certain file by means of the plurality of paths is implemented, and the multi-level tracebacks in the conventional tree-shaped directory structure manner are avoided; and the method well combines conventional file system directory and formal concept analysis technologies, so that the dynamic change of the file system directory structure and query of a file by means of a plurality of paths can be implemented.
