Abstract

The invention provides a hydroelectric generation device used for a retaining dam. The hydroelectric generation device comprises a spindle, a water wheel, an eccentric mechanism, a hydraulic oil tank, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic motor and an electric generator. The two ends of the spindle are mounted in bearing seats on supporting columns through bearings. The water wheel is provided with a rotating wheel and multiple water buckets. The eccentric mechanism comprises a disc, an eccentric shaft and a sliding sleeve. The hydraulic oil tank contains hydraulic oil. A rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a first oil inlet and a first oil outlet, and a rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a second oil inlet and a second oil outlet. The first oil inlet and the second oil inlet are connected with the hydraulic oil tank through oil inlet pipelines, and the oil inlet pipelines are provided with oil inlet one-way valves capable of preventing oil from backwards flowing into the hydraulic oil tank. The first oil outlet and the second oil outlet are connected with an oil inlet of the hydraulic motor through oil outlet pipelines. The electric generator is driven by the hydraulic motor to rotate. Through the hydroelectric generation device, low-water-level power generation can be conveniently achieved.
