Abstract

The invention discloses a voltage level conversion device comprising a first level conversion unit, a second level conversion unit, a charging unit and a discharging unit. The first level conversion unit receives the reference voltage and the power supply voltage to output the boosted voltage. The second level conversion unit is connected to the first level conversion unit to receive the boost voltage. The charging unit receives the control voltage to provide the output voltage. The discharging unit is connected to the charging unit, and receives the control voltage and the reference voltage. When the control voltage turns on the charging unit and turns off the discharging unit, the charging unit is charged by the boosted voltage, so that the boosted voltage is the output voltage provided by the charging unit.
